Job Summary:
Join the orange family as an undergraduate intern and gain practical, real-world experience across core banking functions. This structured program equips students with industry best practices, mentorship, and exposure to operational excellence—preparing you for a successful career in finance and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and projects within assigned department.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research, prepare summaries, and contribute to departmental deliverables.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Education.
Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd-year undergraduate student at a recognized university.
Pursuing a degree aligned with one of the preferred courses per department (see table below).
Information Technology
Preferred CoursesBSc IT, BSc Comp Sci, BSc S.Eng
Skills and competencies.
Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
Basic understanding of banking operations or interest in financial services (preferred but not mandatory).
