Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least three years’ insurance sales experience.
- Experience leading and managing sales teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Certificate of Proficiency is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead and manage
- Sales Agents, grow the customer base, support client servicing, coordinate activations and manage client portfolios.
Work Hours: 8
