To provide end-to-end support to students from initial consultation through to successful admission and visa approval. This role combines admissions advising with visa processing expertise, ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining compliance with relevant immigration and academic policies. The adviser will also contribute to growing student numbers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong institutional and client relationships.

You’re perfect for this position if you have:

  • A strong understanding of international admissions processes and student visa requirements across key study destinations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and completing applications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client files and competing priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems and immigration-related tools or platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure, especially when working to tight deadlines.

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

Admissions support:

  • Advise students on course options, entry requirements and application procedures.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting complete application documents.
  • Track progress, follow up with institutions and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Generate reports and support the admissions team as needed.

Visa processing:

  • Guide students through visa requirements, document preparation and application submissions.
  • Support with interview preparation and liaise with embassies or immigration authorities.
  • Monitor visa statuses, manage refusals and provide alternative solutions where necessary.
  • Offer emergency assistance for urgent visa issues or delays.

Compliance and regulation:

  • Stay informed of changing immigration laws and study destination policies.
  • Ensure all processes comply with legal and internal standards.
  • Advise students on visa responsibilities and ongoing compliance.

Client service and communication:

  • Act as a key contact for students, responding to queries and providing regular updates.
  • Deliver professional, timely support and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

Operations and administration:

  • Support day-to-day admin tasks and team coordination.
  • Assist with training sessions and ensure efficient travel arrangements when needed.
