JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To take orders, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Taking: Memorize the Chicken Tonight menu (specials, combos, sides); upsell where possible.
Service: Serve orders with the correct accompaniments (sauces, cutlery, napkins).
Table Maintenance: Clean and reset tables immediately after guests leave.
Complaint Handling: Escalate any food quality or delay issues to the Supervisor immediately.
Hygiene: Maintain a clean uniform, short nails, and hairnets where required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: At least a Certificate (UCE) with English proficiency.
Experience: 1-year experience in a restaurant preferred.
Personal Attributes: Must be presentable, energetic, and polite.
Key Competencies:
Skills: Speed and accuracy, Good memory, Team spirit.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: professional certificate
