JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters to provide exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidates will deliver excellent customer service while ensuring efficient food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-presented.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
