Mission For All (MIFA) is an indigenous Christian NGO established in 1981 with a Vision to Excelling in Holistic Child and Community Development. In order to uphold MIFA’s Vision & Mission, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following two positions in its establishment:

SOCIAL WORKER
This role demands a self-driven and motivated individual who has passion for needy children and their families. The job holder will be expected to provide sound psychosocial support to the children for their holistic development

Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Child Development Department, the employee will be expected to conduct regular supportive visits to the children, their Families and schools, ensure and effective child
- sponsor correspondence relations as well as planning, conducting and evaluating trainings for the children and their guardians.

Job Specifications

•  A minimum of a Bachelors‘ degree in any of the following fields; Social Work, Social Sciences, Education, Psychology, or Business Administration; from a recognized University in Uganda.
• Christian and most preferably from the Anglican Faith, a Female between 27-35 years, fluent in Luganda and English and with at least 3 years’ work experience in a related field.
• Innovative, computer literate and knowledgeable in basic computer applications including database management.
