The Impact team has consistent knowledge, academic and professional background, in sustainability and social impact, while the Media team has experience from photography to film production in every detailed strategic, technical, and visual aspect. Our Marketing team is always up to date with the latest trends and loves to combine creativity and communication to create compelling stories for the movement towards sustainability and social impact.

Ludivine Berouard | CEO
Chief Executive Officer
Ludivine is an International Business Administration bachelor graduate from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is currently completing her masters of Sustainability and Social Innovation at HEC Business Paris. She manages the urban youth projects.
Karen Byara | Impact Manager
Policies & Impact Programs Coordinator
Karen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a major in Public Relations from Uganda Christian University. She is currently concluding her master studies in Global Development Studies abroad and supporting the Marula team remotely. Karen handles the impact projects and policies.
Heddwyn Kyambadde I COO
Chief Operations Officer
Heddwyn is a graduate of Biola University in Cinema and Media Arts with over 8 years of experience in Creative Directing around East Africa. He is extremely passionate about telling African stories and has a thirst for cinema.
Davis Aturebire | Impact Assistant
Social Business Association & Marula Youth Alumni Coordinator
Davis has a Bachelor Degree in Governance and International Relations from the Uganda Christian University. Davis coordinates the association activities, acts as a contact person for local students, and is currently developing the newly founded Marula Youth Alumni Group.
Irene Achede I Finance

Irene graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Accounting from Makerere University Business School. She is currently pursuing her qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Irene handles bookkeeping, accounting, team management and office management roles of Marula.
Aron Gooris | Media Manager
Creative Filmmaker & Editor
Aron is a graduate from the University of Arts Utrecht (HKU). His graduate documentary about the refugees in Uganda made him fall in love with the country and portraying Africa in a positive light. As the main cinematographer, he oversees the creative team, and works on client based projects and documentaries.

Brian has been always fascinated about storytelling which has given him the opportunity to evolve from painting to film. Documenting stories and using them to create solutions to create a positive impact on societies on global scale has always been his passion.
