JOB DETAILS:

Mkazipreneur is looking for an experienced IT Support officer to provide technical support while also managing the company’s website and e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices).

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS), Microsoft 365, and business applications.

• Assist with user account management (Active Directory, email setups, permissions).

• Maintain and update the company website (content, images, blog posts).

• Ensure website performance, security, and uptime (monitor backups, SSL certificates, plugins).

• Work with developers on technical improvements. • Administer and maintain the e-commerce platform.

• Manage product listings, pricing updates, inventory syncs, and payment gateway configurations.

• Troubleshoot checkout issues, shipping integrations, and third-party app conflicts.

• Monitor site performance, load speed, and security patches to prevent downtime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web Development, or related field

• 2+ years in IT support 1+ year managing websites/e-commerce platforms.

Experience in Months: 24
