To build a high-performing sales team and coordinate all sales and marketing activities to drive branch growth.
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed branch sales targets.
- Generate new business through targeted market activations.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance visibility, attract new clients, and grow branch sales.
- Motivate and mentor branch teams to maintain high performance.
- Ensure steady growth in the number of active Sales Agents through effective recruitment strategies.
- Implement retention programs to minimize Sales Agent turnover and maintain talent quality.
- Organize regular, structured training sessions to enhance Sales Agents’ skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Oversee branch office operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide effective supervision and support to the allocated branch, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Regularly monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledgeable about Asset Finance.
- Computer knowledge.
- Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
