1. Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following Supplies and Services as indicated in the table below:

   The Bidding documents shall be inspected at the UNOC office; Plot 15 Yusuf Lule Road and issued using email upon submission of a written application and payment of non-refundable fees as indicated in the table above. Payment will be by deposit to the Uganda National Oil Company Limited Account: Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, Corporate Branch, Crested Towers on A/C No. 9030011896005.
3. Pre-bid meetings shall be held for all the Procurements as indicated in the table above.

Additional Job Descriptions (Based on UNOC’s Typical Procurement Scope):

• Provision of Repair, Service and Maintenance of UNOC Motor Vehicles:
  The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and servicing for UNOC’s fleet of motor vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Services include routine inspections, engine diagnostics, parts replacement, and 24/7 emergency support under a framework agreement.
• Supply of Assorted Office Stationery:
  The supplier will deliver high-quality office stationery, including paper, pens, folders, and other essentials, under a framework arrangement. The contractor must ensure timely deliveries, competitive pricing, and adherence to UNOC’s procurement policies.
• Provision of ArcGIS Software Licenses, Support, and Training:
  The vendor will supply licensed ArcGIS software, provide technical support, and conduct training sessions for UNOC staff to enhance geospatial data management capabilities. The scope includes software updates, troubleshooting, and customized training modules.
• Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Nodes and Storage:
  The contractor will supply, install, and commission additional HCI nodes and storage solutions to expand UNOC’s IT infrastructure. The project includes configuration, integration with existing systems, and post-installation support to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
