Iganga Municipal Council annually develops its prequalification shortlist and its hereby inviting competent and eligible firms to bid for Prequalification, 2026/27/28 and Categories reserved (SIGs -Special Interest Groups) Women Youth and Persons with Disabilities (PWDS) shall be 15% of the Annual Procurement Budget and at least 51% shares operated by the SIGs on regular basis on a reservation scheme.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bidding is open to all eligible firms and shall be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2023.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Iganga Municipal Council, and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below.

At the Procurement and Disposal Unit, Iganga Municipal Council offices from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee as above to the address below. The method of payment will be through the Registration of all interested contractors on the Integrated Revenue Administration System for all the payment thus generation of a PRN.

4. The documents will be handed over by the bidders to the Procurement and Disposal Unit office. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below before or on the 20th August, 2026 at 10:00am. Late bids shall be rejected.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 20th August 2026 at 11:00am.
