JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support the finance department with daily accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and reporting. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with payroll processing where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audit activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
