Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across NMG’s platforms (e.g., Daily Monitor, NTV, Spark TV) using Google Ad Manager (GAM) and social media tools, ensuring revenue maximization and seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot digital ad campaigns in GAM, ensuring proper targeting and delivery.
- Implement programmatic ads via third-party servers (e.g., tags, pixels) using basic JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
- Optimization:
- Improve ad performance (CTR, viewability) and optimize website inventory for higher eCPM/fill rates.
- Analyze audience behavior via Google Analytics and adjust strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work with sales, design, and dev teams to align ad placements with best practices.
- Train internal teams on digital advertising trends.
- Reporting:
- Generate post-campaign reports for clients and monthly performance summaries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years in digital ad operations (publishers, media, or ad agencies preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in GAM, Google Analytics, YouTube Admin.
- Basic JavaScript/HTML/CSS for ad tags/landing pages.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising (RTB, Google AdSense).
- Core Competencies: Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
