ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENT FOR DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, DEPLOY, ROLLOUT AND MAINTAIN A NATIONAL LONG-TERM SAVINGS SCHEME (NLTSS) ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM FOR UGANDA RETIREMENT BENEFITS REGULATORY AUTHORITY (URBRA)

This addendum No. 1 amends the Bidding Document as follows:

Prices multiplied by local, duty-free, levies and fees whatsoever, except only VAT or other indirect taxes, or stamp duties, that may be assessed and/or apply in the Purchaser's country on the price of the Services invoiced to the Purchaser. If the Contract is awarded, the above method applies in the IDES. The price must include all costs incidental to the performance of the Services, as incurred by the Supplier, such as travel, subsistence, office support, communications, translation, printing of materials, etc. Costs incidental to the delivery of the Services but incurred by the Purchaser or its staff, or by third parties, must be included in the price only to the extent such obligations are made explicit in these Bidding Documents.
