JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance & Operations:
   • Ensure all factory machinery and plant facilities are serviced and operational to international standards.
   • Oversee uninterrupted availability of infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
2. Process Optimization:
   • Implement and drive autonomous/preventive maintenance via Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
   • Develop and update the Maintenance Management Manual, including SOPs and workflows.
3. Performance & Safety:
   • Conduct root cause analyses for equipment failures and ensure timely resolutions.
   • Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and meet operational targets.
   • Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations.
4. Leadership & Projects:
   • Lead a high-performing team and manage third-party service providers.
   • Plan and execute OPEX projects within budget and timelines.
   • Submit regular management reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Certification: Registration with the Licensing Board of Engineering.
• Experience:
  • 8+ years in facilities management, including 3+ years in a managerial role (FMCG preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS implementation.
