We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a high performer with a passion for problem-solving, client engagement, and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams in executing client engagements across risk management, strategy, and business transformation.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and bench-marking to generate actionable insights.
- Assist in preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and client-centric solutions.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and other client-facing activities.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, risk management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
