Jude Color Solutions, a leading name in branding materials, garments and promotional items, seeks a creative and results-driven Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation, spraying, refinishing and finishing automotive surfaces to achieve a professional, smooth and high-quality appearance.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting through sanding, cleaning, masking, filling, and priming.
  • Mix and match automotive paints to achieve the required colours and finishes.
  • Apply primers, base coats, paints, and clear coats using professional spray-painting equipment.
  • Carry out full-body and partial automotive spray-painting jobs.
  • Identify and correct paint defects such as runs, uneven finishes, scratches, and colour inconsistencies.
  • Polish and finish painted surfaces to achieve a high-quality final appearance.
  • Properly operate, clean, and maintain spray guns and other painting equipments.
  • Ensure completed work meets the required quality standards.
  • Observe workplace health and safety procedures, particularly when handling paints, thinners and other chemicals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the spray-painting work area.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven practical experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Spraying.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive surface preparation, paint mixing, colour matching and spray-painting techniques.
  • Ability to use spray guns, compressors, sanding machines, and related equipment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and meet assigned deadlines.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
  • Relevant vocational or technical training in automotive painting, motor vehicle body repair, or a related field will be an added advantage.
