Key Responsibilities

  • Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day bakery production and ensure efficiencyMaintain high standards of product quality, hygiene, and presentationManage inventory, supplies, and cost control

Technical Skills

  • Proven ability to grow sales and manage a business unit
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, POS systems, reporting)

  • Strong experience in bakery operations and production

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Education & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Science, or related field
  • Experience: 2 years
  • Industry Experience: Bakery

  • Minimum of 10 years’ management experience, preferably in a bakery or food production environment
