BID NOTICE

Mitvana District Local Government invites potential and eligible firms/individuals to be pre-qualified for provision of Works, Supplies and Services under category A, B, C and provision of supplies and services under framework contracts in category D.

A: Works/Construction

1. General building constructions.

2. Construction of piped water scheme.

B: Supplies

1. Medical equipment and repair.

2. Supply of solar systems.

3. Institutional furniture and fittings.

4. Electrical supplies.

C: Services

1. Motorcycle repair.

2. Motor vehicle repair.

3. Repair of heavy road construction equipment.

4. Property valuation.

D: Procurements under framework contracts

1. Fuel, lubricants and batteries.

2. Supply of meals, drinks, tents and chairs.

3. Supply of general stationery, consumables and Secretarial services.

4. Supply of Motor vehicle and tractor tyres and tubes.

5. Supply and installation of concrete culverts and pillars/mark stones.

6. Spare parts for heavy road equipment.

7. Assorted printed stationery.

8. Manual emptying of pit latrines at Mitvana hospital.

9. Supply of detergents, disinfectants and protective gears for Mitvana hospital private wing.

10. Supply of laboratory reagents to Mitvana hospital private wing.

11. Drugs and other medical supplies for Mitvana Hospital private wing.

12. Hire of road construction equipment.

In addition, the entity invites sealed bids from competent and eligible firms/individuals to bid for,
i. Management of washing bay at Mitvana Hospital.
ii. Management of careteens at Mitvana Hospital.
iii. Cleaning of Mitvana hospital.

Bidding to be conducted as per Open domestic bidding procedures contained in the PPDA Act, 2003 (as amended) and LG PPDA Regulations 2006.

Terms and conditions are contained in the bid documents which are available for inspection in the Procurement and Disposal Unit.

The Bid documents are obtainable from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the District Headquarters upon payment of non refundable fee of Ug: 100,000/= through IRA’s system.

Complete and sealed bids shall be delivered to: The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit P.O.Box 332 Mitvana on or before 12:00hr on the 30-06-2026. Shortly after which time they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.

Late bids/submission shall be rejected.

Mitvana District is not bound to accept the lowest, highest or any bid.
