Job Purpose:
To oversee the daily operations of a high-volume Chicken Tonight branch. The role focuses on driving sales, controlling costs, maintaining QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards, and leading a team of 20–50 staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stock control. Ensure the kitchen and service areas comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Sales & Profitability: Meet monthly sales targets and control food/ labour costs. Implement local marketing initiatives to boost traffic.
Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and ensure a "legendary" service experience. Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule staff. Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, stock variance reports, and incident reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) management.
- Strong understanding of stock-taking and POS systems.
Key Competencies:
- Profit & Loss accountability
- Crisis management
- High-pressure decision making
