JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales, loan disbursement targets and business growth through customer recruitment and community partnerships.
- Manage credit risk by appraising loan applications, monitor portfolio quality and overseeing deliquent account recovery.
- Supervise and coach branch staff while ensuring operational compliance, accurate reporting and safeguarding of company assets.
Education & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Additional Details
At least 2 years of experience in credit management, microfinance, banking, SACCO operations or loan sales.
Strong skills in credit appraisal, loan recovery and portfolio management.
Work Hours: 8
