About the job

• ITM Uganda is announcing a recruitment opportunity on behalf of Badili, a top refurbished phone retailer, seeking 10 brand ambassadors to join our team as sales representatives, responsible for selling high-quality refurbished phones to customers in our store.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate smartphone features to potential customers in shops or during field activations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
• Educate customers on promotions, pricing, and product benefits.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team.
• Maintain brand visibility by ensuring displays and promotional materials are well-arranged.

Requirements

• Minimum of UCE (S.4).
• Valid national ID.
• Some sales experiences.
• Energetic, engaging personality with strong people skills.
• Ability to clearly explain product features and convince customers.
• Must be tech-savvy and up to date with smartphone trends.

Work Hours: 8
