JOB DETAILS:

The key purpose of this role is to safely operate the brewing plant, monitor and control the brewing process to produce a consistent product of the right quality at optimum cost.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate brewing plant and equipment: Prepare for plant start up, startup plant, Run the plant, shut down the plant, execute cleaning of plant, complete all documentation, Control inputs usage, ensure plant is in working order, maintain safe and healthy work environment.
• Monitor and control the brewing process: Measure performance attributes, record performance attributes, monitor and evaluate trends, assure quality of inputs, and initiate corrective action.
• Perform autonomous maintenance: Prepare for maintenance tasks, conduct autonomous maintenance tasks, conduct breakdown maintenance tasks
• Work in teams: communicate effectively in the workplace, contribute to self and team development.

Minimum Requirements:

• ​ Ordinary diploma in Industrial Chemistry, Food Science and Technology, Food processing Technology, Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 3 weeks-6 months on the job Training

Work Hours: 8

Experience: No Requirements

Level of Education: associate degree
