Business Manager
Job Summary:
The Business Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive business growth, improve efficiency, strengthen customer relationships, and support the profitability of BERYL QOUTURE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies and growth plans.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor sales, expenses, budgets, and overall business performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
- Support pricing, product development, and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Coordinate teams and ensure employees work toward company objectives.
- Prepare business performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Uphold the brand's standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Fashion Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business or operations management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of luxury customer expectations is an advantage.
