Provision of Transport Services

Justice Defenders invites sealed bids from qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of transport services to support our operations in Uganda.

Scope of Services:
The transport service provider will be expected to:

• Provide reliable and well-maintained vehicles (including but not limited to sedans, vans, as specified). The vehicle should enable GPS for easy movement.

• Ensure availability of licensed, defensive and professional drivers.

• Ensure that drivers assigned are certified defensive Drivers.

• Facilitate timely pick-up and drop-off of personnel, goods, and materials.

• Maintain strict compliance with safety, traffic, and COVID-19 protocols (if applicable).

• Offer services on a daily, weekly, or on call basis as per schedule or demand.

Interested bidders must:

• Submit the Company profile detailing the owner of the business.

• Be legally registered to operate in Uganda. (Submit documents that shows your legal capacity)

• Provide evidence of similar transport contracts executed in the past 3 years.

• Demonstrate financial capacity to undertake the services.

• Possess appropriate vehicle insurance and registration documentations.

• Submit a valid business license and tax clearance certificate.

Evaluation Criteria:
Bits will be evaluated based
