Our client is a prominent healthcare facility known for delivering quality healthcare services. Their modern infrastructure and advanced medical technologies have made them to stand out hence catering to a diverse range of medical needs. Whether outpatient care, specialized treatments, or emergency services, they are designed to provide a comprehensive approach to health management.

They are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to drive business growth and oversee their satellite clinics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand our market share and ensure alignment with our brand and clinical quality standards.

Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership and direct supervision of all satellite clinics, driving growth and financial performance.
  • Develop and execute business development initiatives to increase revenue and market share
  • Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency of satellite clinics.
  • Ensure alignment of satellite clinics with the brand, standards, and clinical quality.
  • Identify and develop new service lines, partnerships, and referral networks.
  • Build strategic alliances with insurers, corporates, physicians, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Drive patient acquisition strategies across inpatient, outpatient, and specialty service
  • Set annual and long-term revenue targets and ensure achievement through structured plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics to inform strategy.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and payer mix optimization.
  • Support sales and marketing teams to ensure effective promotion of hospital services.
  • Strengthen the brand across all locations and channels.
  • Support digital health, outreach programs, and community engagement initiatives to increase visibility and utilization.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across the main hospital and satellite clinics.
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams to manage budgets and commercial performance.
  • Track and report revenue performance, growth metrics, and ROI of business initiatives.
  • Ensure cost-effective growth while maintaining high-quality care standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop commercial, business development, and satellite clinic leadership teams.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to align commercial goals with patient care priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of senior commercial or business development experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital systems.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-site operations or satellite clinics.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare markets, payer systems, and hospital operations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expansion initiatives.
