Donswift is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its operations.
Responsibilities or duties
- Provide strategic leadership and governance, working with the Board to drive the organisation's growth and industry positioning.
- Represent and advocate for the organisation before government, regulatory bodies and regional trade partners.
- Oversee membership growth, secretariat operations and financial management for the organisation.
Qualifications or requirements
- Education: Master's in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
Experience needed
- At least 8 years of senior leadership experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or association management.
Any other provided details
- Strong knowledge of EAC customs regulations and trade protocols.
