 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven *Clinic Coordinator/Team Lead* to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, innovation, and building strong relationships — both within the team and in the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong, hands-on leadership to the clinic team
  • Bring innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to daily operations
  • Drive business growth, including initiatives that engage and involve the local community
  • Champion client engagement and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Design, build, and introduce new systems and processes to improve efficiency
  • Be willing to put in the extra hours when the job demands it
  • Take on additional responsibilities as they arise

 Requirements

  • Strong leadership and people-management ability
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • A passion for community engagement and business development
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work long hours when needed
  • No prior experience required* — we're looking for the right attitude and ability
  • An analytics-related degree is an added advantage (not mandatory)
