Role mission

Lead the successful commercial launch of Comcof Shop by coordinating product preparation, suppliers, packaging, customer orders, fulfilment, and early commercial growth.

About the role

Comcof Group is launching its first consumer product line, and this role owns the execution of that launch end to end.

You will work directly with the founder to take our coffee from roasting and packaging partners to the customer, then build the operating rhythm that turns a first release into a repeatable business. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who wants to be in the room when a company starts trading.

About Comcof Group

Comcof Group is a coffee company focused on building long-term capabilities across sourcing, trade, market access, finance coordination, quality, processing, and value addition. We are early-stage by design and disciplined by conviction: we believe respected coffee companies are built through reliable systems, consistent quality, and professional execution. Learn more about the company.

Preferred experience

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, hospitality, logistics, or consumer brand operations.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, or delivery partners.

Skills and attributes

  • Organised, dependable, and quick to follow through.
  • Comfortable moving between suppliers, customers, and the founder in a single day.
  • Commercially curious: you want to know what sells and why.
  • Calm when a launch does not go exactly to plan.

What success looks like

  • First products launched.
  • First 100 customer orders.
  • Inventory system operational.
  • Customer database established.
  • Corporate sales pipeline created.

What you will gain

You will help build one of Africa’s next great coffee companies from the beginning: the first products, the first customers, and the operating systems the company will run on for years.
