- The Request For Proposal (RFP) document (s) shall be inspected and issued at The Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Ltd, Annex Plot 12, Hannington Road, Opposite Serena Hotel Staff Gate, Procurement Office- Second Floor.
- A complete set of the Proposal Document may be purchased by interested Consultants at a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings: One hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be Electronic Funds Transfer to UETCL Bank Account shown below;

- The procurements by Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Ltd are regulated by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority.
UETCL IS NOT BOUND TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST BID OR ANY BID.
