Position Overview
Masaka Creamery is seeking a motivated and field-oriented Cooperative Relationship Assistant Manager to support the management of relationships with dairy cooperatives supplying milk to Masaka Farms.
Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Cooperative Relationship Manager, providing day-to-day support in cooperative engagement, field visits, data collection, and issue resolution.
Work Environment
This is a field-based role well suited to a candidate who is comfortable working directly with farmers and cooperative staff and who wants to grow into broader cooperative relationship management. The role reports to the Cooperative Relationship Manager.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
