Position Overview
Masaka Farms is seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated Cooperative Relationship Manager to support the implementation of a three-year Mastercard-supported project run by Masaka Farms.
Responsibilities
The Cooperative Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships between a cooperative and its members, partners, financial institutions, government bodies, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
The Manager will work closely with the Procurement manager, Masaka Farms departments, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure employees receive an accessible, practical, engaging, and high-quality working environment throughout the project.
Commitment
This position requires a three-year commitment, aligned with the duration and objectives of the Mastercard project.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
