Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to support informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to improve performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions
  • Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Document data definitions, methodologies, and processes
  • Support data-driven decision-making across departments
  • Assist in improving data collection processes and data quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
  • Knowledge of databases and data warehousing concepts
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience working with large datasets and APIs
  • Understanding of data governance and data privacy principles
