JOB DETAILS:

Company Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Debt Recovery:
   • Professionally follow up on overdue payments from clients.
   • Conduct client visits when necessary to secure payments.
2. Record-Keeping:
   • Maintain detailed logs of client communications and payment commitments.
3. Collaboration:
   • Work with Finance and Client Relations teams to resolve disputes.
4. Reporting:
   • Generate weekly collection reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in debt collection, credit control, or accounts management.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Luganda (mandatory).
  • Confidence, discipline, and results-driven attitude.
• Preferred: Membership with a professional body.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
