Applications shall be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Form 3, (Revised 2008) and should be addressed to the Secretary District Service Commission, P.O Box 76, Mpigi., not later than, 13/04/2026

Recent passport photograph, copies of Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE), certified Academic transcripts and Certificates, Registration certificates and copy of National Identity card should be attached on each application form.

Public Service Form 3 and detailed job description and person specifications of 2011 and 2018 can be obtained from Public Service Commission Offices 2nd floor Farmers house, Kampala, Office of District Service Commissioners county wide, Office of the Chief Administrative Officer county wide, Public Service Commission website and on Gomba district notice board.
