PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To mobilize customer deposits, scaling up of mobile and SMS banking while maintaining proactive customer advisory relationship management that includes effective selling/ cross selling and structuring of solutions for potential and existing customers in line with the set targets and strategic objectives of the bank
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the acquisition of customers, mobilize deposits as per set targets and drive the scale up of mobile banking.
- Educate customers on product benefits and usage.
- Relationship Management to enhance customer retention and ensure that BRAC Uganda Bank becomes their bank of choice
- Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needs.
- Directly involved in Sales mobilization drives organized by the branch or head office.
- Provide daily sales activity plans and reports on on boarding and digital channel recruitment to the Branch Manager and Manager Savings Mobilization.
- Ensure that all dealings with existing and potential customers are in compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
- Perform any other duty that may be assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Diploma/Bachelor in any field.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCES
- Business acquisition
- Basic knowledge of Digital Banking.
- Territory Management Skills
- Have good customer care/service skills
- Lead generation
- Should be responsible for Accounts management
- Have customer retention skills and abilities
- Negotiation skills are vital assets to the jobholder.
- Product Knowledge
- Sales forecasting.
