JOB DETAILS:
Background
This role is within the Health Department of the Busia District Local Government.
Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and medical officers; administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor patient vital signs and condition; assist in patient hygiene and comfort; maintain patient records; and educate patients and families on basic health practices.
Qualifications and Requirements

Application forms are obtainable from the offices of Secretaries of District Service Commissions nationwide or Public Service Commission, Farmers House, Parliament Avenue, Kampala.
Applicants should attach three (3) application forms, three sets of certified photocopies of their academic certificates, testimonials, transcripts and other relevant documents, plus three recent passport size photographs.
Applications should bear the title of the post as well as the reference number.
Serving officers should route their applications through their responsible officer who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delays.
