Background
Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting Enterprise Sales Officers for our client in the telecommunications sector. The role is responsible for SME customer acquisition, driving uptake of ICT and converged solutions, and expanding market coverage in key trade areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new SME customers within assigned territories.
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation across the following solutions:
- FTTO & FWA (Fixed Telecom and Fixed Wireless Access)
- Wi-Fi-SIMU solutions (voice, data, and mobile money services)
- SME Team Bundles
- Web Phone solutions
- ICT and converged services (including Microsoft licenses, IoT, Smart Eyes, Smart Travel, etc.) using the Enterprise Mobile Sales App (EMS).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering customized solutions aligned to SME business needs.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue metrics to consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Uphold and promote the brand values of innovation, reliability, and customer-centricity in all client engagements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom, ICT, or SME-focused industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and mobile sales applications is an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in Wakiso, Mukono, Nakawa, Makindye, Rubaga and Kawempe are strongly encouraged to apply.
