African Rural University (ARU) is recruiting an Estates Manager in Kagadi, Uganda to ensure a safe, functional, and sustainable campus that supports transformative education for women and rural communities.
Qualifications
- Professionals with a degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities/Estates Management, or related fields
- 3+ years’ experience in building construction, infrastructure maintenance, or facilities management
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Commitment to sustainability, community development, and women’s empowerment
