JOB DETAILS:

Background

We are seeking a High-Caliber, Confident Male (27–35 years) to manage a premium residence in Muyenga. This is a role for a self-driven professional who operates with total independence.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Background: Proven track record as a Hotel Front Office Manager (International/5-Star standards).

Leadership: Must manage the property and supervise others without being "pushed" or monitored. We need a leader, not just a supervisor.

The "Owner’s Eye": Exceptional attention to detail. You must spot and fix issues before they are pointed out to you.

Communication: Must be fluent, articulate, and highly professional in the English language.

Problem Solver: Ability to handle complex situations independently.

Physicality: Must be physically fit and energetic. This is an active role involving facility inspections and night shift rotations.

Location: Must currently reside in or very near Muyenga/Bukasa.

STRICT NOTE: We have a zero-tolerance policy for excuses.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
