JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of university facilities, ensuring safety and functionality across systems (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC) to provide a conducive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair
- Work Order Management
- Equipment and Facility Management
- Emergency Response
- Minimize downtime on machinery & equipment
- Reduce complaints from end-users
Requirements:
- Education: Vocational training or certification in Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in facility maintenance (preferably in a university or complex projects).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Work Hours: 8
