Background

Agrisure Uganda is a pioneering agricultural enterprise committed to promoting sustainable farming, resilience, and inclusive economic development in rural communities across Uganda. We are seeking hardworking, committed, and experienced individuals to join our farm operations in Nwoya District.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily farm operations and workers.
• Supervise banana plantation establishment and management.
• Manage dairy production and animal health programs.
• Coordinate feed production and farm resource utilization.
• Maintain farm records and prepare activity reports.
• Ensure adherence to farm productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Valid National ID.
• Demonstrated experience in:
  • Banana plantation establishment and management.
  • Dairy cow management.
  • Feed and fodder production.
• Ability to communicate in:
  • English
  • Swahili
  • Acholi
• Strong leadership, planning, and supervisory skills.
• Willingness to reside and work in a remote farm setting.
