SLS Solutions International Ltd is hiring a Finance and Administration Officer that thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with numbers and people? Join our fast-growing debt recovery firm and help support our financial and administrative operations.
As Finance and Admin Officer, you support day-to-day financial and administrative operations by maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions, and supporting budget planning, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. This contributes to operational efficiency, integrity, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and petty cash.
- Prepare and issue client invoices and follow up on timely collections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Maintain proper filing systems for financial and administrative records.
- Support payroll preparation and staff expense management.
- Process vendor payments, staff claims, and customer receipts.
- Reconciliation of Bank transactions, Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Prepare and present monthly budgets and operational reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial roles, bookkeeping, or high-level financial analytical skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent financial and budgeting skills, computerized accounting, and communication skills.
- Calm under pressure, with a tactful yet authoritative leadership style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Responsible, confident, and comfortable delegating.
