HIRING - General Manager
Pearl of Africa Hotel stands as Kampala’s finest 5-star luxury hotel, offering an unparalleled hospitality experience in the heart of Uganda’s capital. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel staff, including all department managers, and day-to-day hotel operations.
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Manage the hotel’s budget, forecasting revenue and expenses to optimise profitability.
Education & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a relevant field.
Additional Details
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Strong financial acumen and leadership skills.
