HR Officer

INDUSTRY: Hospitality

LOCATION: Kampala

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to preparing employment offers.
• Coordinate the employee performance management process, including probationary and periodic reviews.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee HR matters, upholding a professional workplace culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
• At least 3 years' experience in a busy organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
