JOB DETAILS:
Mindbus Health Support Uganda is looking for a dedicated HR & Wellness Officer to support our people, promote employee wellbeing, and help build a healthy, supportive working environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support HR administration and staff welfare
- Promote employee wellness and psychosocial support
- Support team building and a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate wellbeing programmes and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
- Knowledge of HR is an added advantage
- Based in Kampala, Uganda
- Open to applicants aged 25 and above, as stated in the vacancy announcement
