JOB DETAILS:
- Job Duties:
- Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Build, lead and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee distributor and retailer relationships, ensuring efficient product delivery and strong market presence.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a managerial role, preferably in FMCG, insurance, banking or advertising.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
