Key Responsibilities:

• Support website design and management
• Assist in SEO setup and optimization (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Design marketing materials (posters, social media creatives)
• Manage and maintain company social media pages
• Draft and publish articles and digital content
• Provide administrative support (document editing, formatting)
• Assist in proposal design and preparation
• Support IT audit-related tasks (documentation, system reviews)
• Leverage AI tools for productivity and content development

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed degree/diploma in IT or related field
• Interest in IT audits, systems, and controls
• Basic understanding of SEO and web tools (Google Analytics is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools) are a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage
