JOB DETAILS:
To assist the Chief Instrumentation Engineer with the instrumentation engineering in the oil field project, Manage instrumentation, control design, purchase and construction work, and provide technical suggestions and/or decision.

Responsibilities:
• Assist to verify the instrumentation design basis, technical schemes and standards used in engineering. Assist to organize key issues study, for example LPG custom metering study etc.
• Assist to review, evaluate and update FEED design regarding instrument aspect during EPC phases to avoid errors occurrence.
• Assist to check the design documents, such as: Instrument Index, I/O list, Cable Schedule, Control philosophy etc., and advise to make sure the design work satisfy company' requirement.
• Assist to check the construction documents check, such as Control room layout drawing, Control Equipment room layout drawing and Cable try route drawing, and Cable wiring drawing etc. Responsible for the interfaces between systems/subsystems and with other disciplines, such as the interface between SIS and DCS. control system and RTU, control system and local instrumentation box, SIS and PAGA, and interface between KF and EACOP, between KF and KT Tie-in etc.
• Attend related operational workshop with partners
• Assist in the allocation metering issue
• with partners Assist to check and inspect the site for instrument hook-up, layout and other activities. Coordinate with warehouse supervisor to perform the inspection of materials arriving Assist to provide technical service and support to construction, installation, commissioning etc.
• Take part in the FAT, SAT, temporarily visit integrate site to make sure the Contractor to comply design documents, standards and in quality, in time and in cost.
• Keep all documents related instrument store and handover to operations teams
• Assist to be responsible for smoothly running instrument control system such as DCS/SIS/FGS etc. Assist operational preparation teams to perform linkage testing Coordinate with the third party to perform quality inspection during construction phase Attend HAZOP and HAZID workshop. and take part in the key monitor and control facilities decision process.
• Troubleshoot control system and operability issue to achieve a technical solution, such as to instruct debugging communication facility, to supervise PID tuning etc
• Provide support to other departments Assist to provide technical assistances to operational team during project warranty period Assist the operational team to get involve the single system debugging in order to handover smoothly Other duties assigned by Chief Instrumentation Engineer.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Instrumentation engineering or the related.
• Oil & gas operational training such as NEBOSH is an added advantage.
• At least 5-year related working experience in Oil & gas-engineering or related company working
• experience is preferred.
• Knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge of the control scheme such as topological graph, ICSS and SCADA etc. Familiar with P&IDs, PFDs & related CAD software Familiar with the principle of field instruments and commissioning activity Understanding oil engineering, reservoir, drilling and completion, production, etc. Familiar with the Technical knowledge of process in oil & gas field.
