Invitation For Vendor Pre-Qualification Fy26 - 28 tender job at Water Mission Uganda (WMU)

Water Mission is a non-profit Christian engineering organization that designs, builds and implements safe water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) solutions for people in developing countries or disaster areas. Guided by love, excellence and integrity, we are driven to share clean, safe water and God’s love with all.  Water Mission is currently registered as an international NGO in Uganda under the name Water Missions International Uganda, hereby referred to as Water Mission Uganda (WMU). Projects will be throughout several districts.  Primarily; Jinja, Kamuli, Luuka and Buyende.  

PRE QUALIFICATION NOTICE:  Water Mission Uganda WMU invites qualified vendors in the above listed categories to qualify in the supplier database. This pre-qualification is for consideration in the supply of goods, services or contracted work to the organization for 2 years. It is important to note that the pre-qualification process does not guarantee business for the supply of goods, services, or contracted work.

NOTES: 
i. Bidders should apply for only one category. 
iii. A non-refundable fee of UGX.203, 000= (Two hundred and three thousand shillings only) inclusive of the Bank charge payable to WATER MISSIONS UGANDA (WMU) Account No. 0102800544300 STANDARD CHARTERED BANK UGANDA LIMITED. 
iv. Price quoted should be current and in Uganda shillings. 
V. Water Mission Uganda reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; only successful bidders shall be contacted.
